We ship Australia‑wide using Australia Post.

• Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days — $9.95

• Express Shipping — 1–3 business days — $14.95

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your VXN Beauty nails. If you change your mind, unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in original, unused condition
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it immediately, at no cost to you.
