Refund policy

Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 30‑day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original sealed packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered‑with beauty products cannot be returned.

Sale items and gift cards are non‑returnable.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged

  • Your item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Your purchase is protected under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

This policy does not limit your rights under the ACL.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please submit a return request. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may require additional time to finalise the refund.
